Opening the Heart to Love
talking the talk while walking the walk
We mediums like to think of ourselves as ambassadors from the other side, right? We bring messages of love, healing, and wisdom from the spirit world. It’s a noble calling, no doubt about it, and we relish the role.
Consider, can we truly serve the spirit world if we’re hurting others in our human experience? I mean, if we’re pushing our beliefs on people, causing pain, or even just being a bit of a jerk – does that align with the love and peace we’re supposed to be spreading?
Think about it: the spirit world is all about love. If we’re spreading fear and judgment, or causing division in the name of spirituality, are we honoring that?
It’s easy to get caught up in the passion and zeal of our beliefs, but true spiritual service isn’t about power or control. It’s about humility, compassion, and recognizing that everyone’s on their own journey.
We all make mistakes, that’s for sure. But it’s about acknowledging those mistakes, learning from them, and always striving to do better. It’s about asking ourselves, are we truly embodying the love and light we claim to represent?

Ultimately, it’s about our actions, not just our words. Are we walking the walk? Are we treating everyone with kindness and respect, even when we disagree?

This entire spiritual thing is a journey, not a destination. It’s about growing, evolving, and always striving to be the best version of ourselves. And that, my friends, is a truly sacred commitment.
Each of us, as spirits having a human experience, must turn our gaze to those who lead us across the world, and measure them not by their passion, zeal, or fervor, but by the way they honor those they profess to serve. Do they, to the best of their ability, embody the sacred principles they claim to defend? Or, do they, in our name and the name of the spirit, betray the very truths they are entrusted to uphold? It’s through their actions, not their words, that the integrity of their service must be judged.
Whenever you find yourself on the side of the majority, it is time to pause and reflect
