These are some helpful bits of information for you.

You and Joyce chat a bit and see if there is a fit for a series of goal oriented changes and improvements. There’s no obligation no hard sell.

Book your session of choice through Joyce’s online booking and scheduling app. Payment is required at time of booking to guarantee your appointment. Joyce will email you and confirm receipt of your booking, day, and time. Thirty minute sessions are only by telephone. One hour sessions are either in person or via ZOOM, and its your choice.

All major credit cards and Venmo, Wise, and Paypal are accepted, as well as cash and checks.

Clients can reschedule an appointment two times, maximum, over the course of a six month duration from date of initial booking. You can reschedule through the booking app email you received at the time of booking, or by calling Joyce at 510-719-1463.

There are no refunds.

Yes. Joyce connects to you or your loved ones no matter what technology is utilized.

A psychic reading differs from a mediumship session. Psychic readings are information based and Joyce connects directly with you and your soul. Information exists in the universe about a person, place, event, or thing, in the past, present, or future. A psychic reading tunes into that information. A mediumship session is a sacred healing ritual and Joyce connects to the soul(s) of your loved ones that have passed. Its direct communication with souls for you and them with healing and love.

Joyce has been rigorously tested and has passed 5 major vetting processes for psychics and 2 for mediumship. She has also passed criminal background checks for both professional readings sites and for her Impartial Witness software company and Jennifer Shaffer’s Investigations Academy.

Joyce resides in California and therefore BOTH parties must be privy to, and consent to, any recording taking place during a session.

Joyce adheres to the highest ethical standards in life and work. Your sessions will be completely discreet and never divulged to another person.
